For many patients, including many of our hijabi patients, looking natural is especially important. The goal is not to create a nose that looks “done,” but one that feels completely at home on the face.
For this patient, Dr. Shah’s focus was balancing her profile while preserving the character of her nose. Using a soft ultrasonic rhinoplasty approach, he was able to refine and soften some of the features she felt were too strong without over-reducing the nose or taking away from her natural identity.
That balance is what makes this result work: the nose looks more refined, but still unmistakably hers. And perhaps the best feedback of all? She happily reports that she now gets compliments on her nose all the time.
