Before visiting Dr. Shah, this patient felt very limited by the angles he was comfortable being photographed from. His nose also showed a leftward septal deviation and prominence along the bridge, both of which contributed to the way his profile and different photo angles appeared.
During consultation, Dr. Shah used 3D imaging to help him visualize potential changes from multiple views. That process helped the patient identify what he was really looking for: a nose that was subtly lifted and brought closer to the face.
Dr. Shah refined the bridge, addressed the deviation, and deprojected and subtly lifted the nose to create better balance from the front, profile, and three-quarter views.
For this patient, one of the biggest changes has been confidence. Instead of thinking about which angles he needs to avoid, he now says he feels comfortable taking photos from any angle he wants.
