At 7 months post-op, this patient is already showing a strong improvement in facial balance, with the most dramatic change happening through the neck.
Dr. Shah combined rhinoplasty, subtle fat transfer, brow lift, facelift, and neck lift, but this was primarily a neck-focused rejuvenation. The goal was to create a cleaner, more youthful contour while keeping the result masculine and natural.
An important part of that neck work was improving the position of the hyoid and restoring a more defined angle beneath the jaw. By bringing the hyoid upward and reshaping the deeper structures of the neck, Dr. Shah was able to create better separation between the jawline and neck without making the area look overly tight.
The rhinoplasty changes were intentionally subtle, helping refine the nose and improve overall profile balance without drawing attention away from the rest of the face. The facial approach also used very limited incisions, with most of the transformation coming from the neck.
At seven months, he is still relatively early in the healing process. Swelling and tissue firmness will continue to improve, so the neck and facial contours should become even more refined with time.
