Dr. Shah’s office is located in the trendy River North neighborhood on the corner of Superior St. and Wells St. in Chicago, IL. It is easily accessible by foot, train, or car and is convenient from both O’Hare and Midway Airports.

Parking: Street/meter parking is available on surrounding streets. Several parking garages are located in the vicinity.

At the Office: Dr. Shah’s office is located on the 2nd Floor of 200 W. Superior St. To access the office, dial #311 on the keypad and we will buzz you in. Then take the elevator to the 2nd floor.

Nearest L Stop: Brown Line Chicago Stop (To walk to Dr. Shah’s office from L stop, turn onto Franklin St. Then after 1 Block, turn left onto Superior St and walk 1 Block to 200 W Superior St.)

As a mom of three kids, she understands the personal struggles and limitations women face concerning women’s health. Originally from Ohio, Dr. Chughtai practiced in New York City before moving to Chicago. She has been taking care of women in both preventative and chronic care settings for over 15 years.
