After talking about which celebrities have the best eyebrows, I started thinking about a different question:

If these guys came into my office, what would I actually recommend?

Obviously, we're having some fun here. But eyebrow design is actually a pretty interesting part of facial aesthetics because even small changes in density or shape can change how the entire face is framed.

Michael B. Jordan

Michael B. Jordan already has a strong brow, but I think it could use just a little more density.

I'd probably add around 30 hairs to each eyebrow.

Nothing dramatic. Just enough to make the brows a little more prominent and give the upper third of the face a bit more definition.

This is a good example of how eyebrow transplantation doesn't always mean a major transformation. Sometimes you just need a little bit of extra density.

Noah Wyle

Noah Wyle has an interesting situation.

His lateral brows—the outer portions—are actually pretty good. The issue is more toward the medial part of the eyebrows, closer to the center of the face.

I'd estimate around 100 hairs per side, primarily focused medially.

The goal wouldn't be to completely redesign his eyebrows. It's more about filling in the area that's missing and bringing the brow into better balance.

Nicholas Hoult

Nicholas Hoult has pretty good foundational brow structure.

His biggest issue is the lateral brow, where he's missing some hair toward the outside.

I'd want to add some density throughout the eyebrow, with particular attention to those outer portions.

This is important because the lateral eyebrow can have a big impact on how the face is framed.

You don't necessarily need a completely new eyebrow—you might just need to finish what you've already got.

Pete Davidson

Pete Davidson is a little trickier.

He's missing some hair both medially and laterally, so I'd want to do a little bit of framing on both ends.

But there's an important caveat here:

You don't want to overdo it.

Pete has a very recognizable look, and giving him super-dense, perfectly sculpted eyebrows could actually make him look less like himself.

The goal should be to improve the framing while preserving the characteristics that make his face unique.

Matt Smith

Matt Smith is probably the biggest eyebrow project on this list.

His eyebrows are relatively sparse, and they can look a little heavy in relation to the rest of his face.

I'd estimate somewhere around 300–400 hairs per brow to create a meaningful improvement in density.

That's a much bigger transplant than the others we've talked about.

But even with that much hair, the goal wouldn't be to make the eyebrows huge. It would be to distribute the hairs strategically so they look natural and appropriately proportioned to his face.

What This Actually Tells Us About Eyebrow Transplants

The interesting thing about all five of these examples is that there isn't one ideal eyebrow.

Some people need more density. Others need length. Some need the medial brow filled in, while others need the lateral brow.

And sometimes the right answer is to do less.

When designing an eyebrow transplant, I think about the overall facial proportions, existing brow shape, hair characteristics, and what will look natural as the patient ages.

The goal isn't simply to put more hair in the eyebrows.

It's to create a brow that frames the face without looking transplanted.

And yes, if any of these guys want a consultation, my door is open.
