CoolTone vs. Working Out: What defines muscles better?
CoolTone Vs. Working Out: Which Is Better?

So you’re debating, should I spend money on my abs or spend money on my trainer for my stomach.  The ultimate answer is to do both but if you only had to define your stomach or glutes which one wins. CoolTone vs. Working Out?

Getting To “The Core” Of Working Out

The trainer has the big advantage in that your entire body is working and you will lose some weight.  You can train every muscle and actually improve your health, your mood, and look amazing.  So what’s the catch? There really isn’t one, it is just that abs and superior aspect of glutes are really hard muscles to work out.  In order to work out abs, you need to sustain contractions in your stomach without having the other body parts get tired.  The core has never been embraced so much.

The main issue is that the core is hard to train.  Many patients may have functional issues such as diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles as resulting from pregnancy).  In addition, many patients have difficulty fully engaging the core muscles.

The Science Of Building Muscles

The science of building muscles involves contracting a portion of your muscles to fully activate them.  When you do a sit up, you may only activate 20-60% of your abdominal muscles.  To fully activate them, you will need to work to exhaustion or add increasing amounts of weight.  Cooltone works by using electromagnetic stimulation which allow for 100% activation of your muscle.  The complete contraction of your muscle (trust me you can not resist EMS) will allow for a more robust rep.

Why Not Do More Reps?

So you might ask, why not just do a few more reps on your own to make up for the fact that most people can not fully activate their core. The problem is that cooltone will create 20,000 reps.  Even if you can do 100 sit ups, do that 2000 times to recreate a cooltone workout!!! That would mean if you could do 100 situps you would need to do that for 33 hours straight.  I don’t know a single person who can do that or would want to.  Well maybe one but even she might get tired on hour 7.

This can apply to any body part, for example the glutes.  The high glutes require a low deep squat.  Most people who work out do a 60% squat.   If some people do a 100% deep squat they might hurt their knees or back.  Cooltone allows for building without joint issues.

In Conclusion…

So, if you really must pick between a trainer and CoolTone, I would pick a great trainer for overall health and fitness.  If you wanted to make a change in your abs or glutes that even the world’s best trainers could not do, think CoolTone.  Put it all together…Magic!!!!
