Taping Glasses After Rhinoplasty

Eyeglasses and sunglasses can place pressure on the nasal bones after rhinoplasty leading to changes in the shape of the nasal bones and leave impressions along the bridge of the nose. For the first two months after surgery, Dr. Shah recommends avoiding pressure on the bridge of the nose.

Instructions for taping glasses to forehead:

1. Wrap Tape around center portion of glasses.

2. Place tape to forehead.
