Procedure: Rhinoplasty Droopy Nose A classic problem as we age is that our nasal tips tend to droop. aside from being an unsightly aesthetic consequence, functional nasal obstruction may result. This patient was seeking functional improvement in his breathing. he did not want an artificial appearance to his nose and was seeking a "strong nose".. his nasal tip was resupported with a caudal extension graft and he required alar batten and spreader grafts to "open his nasal airway".
