Procedure: Rhinoplasty Slight Dorsal Modification/Hidden Columella Male patient seeking stronger profile and natural appearance of bridge and nose. He modest augmentation to bridge. In addition the patient's columella (soft tissue between the nostrils) was retracted preoperatively. This was improved postoperatively. More patient photographs can be seen in Dr.Shah's office. |
