Procedure: Aging Face Male Facelift The male facelift is considered the most difficult of facelift procedures to perform. The challenge is in creating improved contour to neck and jawline without making the face looked pulled. Dr. Shah has written the landmark article on resuspending the platysma muscle and works with this rather than trying to suspend the skin. In this case, the patient had a heavy neck which prevented him from wearing collared shirts. Dr. Shah was able to improve the contour of his neck without creating distortion. More patient photographs can be seen in Dr.Shah's office. |
