The "Short Nose" Represents a challenge for patient and rhinoplasty surgeon alike. This patient complained of nasal obstruction but also disliked her nasolabial angle.

In this case . to resupport her airway and change her short nose, 14 separate grafts were used in additon to several advanced rhinoplasty maneuvers to achieve the desired rotation and projection of the nose.

At 4 weeks postop, the patient is still quite swollen along her nasal tip. her tip will continue to have increased defintiion throughout the healing process.
