This is a young patient who was seeking a change to the convex (curving outward) nature of her nose.

She disliked her round appearance to her nose, yet was seeking a natural look. Her dorsal hump was removed with a small microelevation to her dorsum, giving her a natural look to her nose. A caudal extension graft was used to help improve her nasolabial angle and project her nose. Her lower lateral cartilages were cephallically located, and required repositioning to help alleviate the round nature of her nose.
