This is the first website devoted to India and Pakistan , the subcontinent, and the most recent phenomenon of plastic surgery.  We aim to enlighten our readers about how the origins of plastic surgery in Ancient India to the modern day techniques.  We will show the current India Aesthetic Ideals and compare them to Western culture.

Dr. Anil R. Shah is partly of Indian heritage and has extensive experience in plastic surgery of the face for patients from this area.  He sees both patients from India and Pakistan as well as patients who live in other parts of the world of Indian Pakistani descent.  He is trademark is creating natural noses which work and make the rest of the face more attractive.

India fashion designers have embraced Western influence into their designs.  The clothing created is still distinctly Indian, but with a touch of Western flair.  Plastic surgery and India is very similar.  The West has certainly influenced how Indians look and choose to look, but patients wish to retain their racial identity
