Facelifting State of the Art

The current state of the art in facial plastic surgery is a natural appearing facelift which makes the jawline and neck tight and the face rejuvenated and plump rather than tight.

Dr. Shah uses a state of the art face lift technique in which the deeper muscle layer is suspended and position.  This is based off of an anatomic finding.  fillers are placed in a deeper layer of the dermis than the thinner fillers, which allows for larger amounts of filler to be placed without compromising a natural look.

Notice how face on left demonstrates platysmal band and sagging of jawline while face on right demonstrates improvement in neck and face while maintaining natural appearance.

Notice improved jawline and neckline and overall improved structure in face, looking much more youthful.
