Bariatric Surgery Facelift

Many patients after bariatric surgery have noticed wonderful changes to their lives and reaped tremendous health benefits. Unfortunately, many of these patients develop excess skin located along the face and neck line, and drooping of facial tissues.

A restorative facelift to treat this can lead to improved esteem and restore the face to a more natural appearance.

Dr. Shah has developed a specific facelift intented to target the needs of Bariatirc patients.

Many of these patients have been told that they are not good candidates for facelift surgery. Dr. Shah disagrees. I have operated on many patients who have had Bariatric surgery. These patients necks differ from typical facelift patients in that there is excessive amounts of skin which needs to be addressed and redraped in a natural fashion. Many of these patients have sagging deeper tissues as well which need to be repositioned. I have designed a facelift which specifically addresses these patients concerns by hiding scars and allowing the face to have a more youthful and less tired apperance.
